This holistic approach empowers your family to communicate, connect, and celebrate your unique bilingual life together.

For Natassa, communication has always been more than just a skill; it’s been a lifelong mission that connects people and cultures. This passion led her to a career in education and communication, earning her a BA in English Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MA in Intercultural Communication in the Creative Industries from the University of Roehampton.

Over the years, Natassa has built a diverse and rich professional background. She has dedicated herself to teaching, working as a TESOL teacher in Athens, a teacher of Greek in London, and an Early Years and KS1 class teacher in London schools. Her expertise also extends to translation, with her work on books like Raising a Happier Mother by Anna Mathur.

But her most profound insights came from her own personal journey. As a mother in a Greek-Irish household in London, she is raising a son who is a fluent English and Greek speaker and is now learning Irish. This experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges and incredible joys of bilingual family life. She realised her years of professional and academic experience were the perfect foundation for helping her own child—and others like him.

This is why Natassa founded the Lexis Centre. She created this platform to help parents navigate the complexities of raising multilingual children and to share the knowledge and tools she gained from her own experience. Her goal is to empower families to confidently embrace their bilingual journey.
